Even Ultra+ LoD in next gen Witcher 3 ended up being worse than the mods. It's fine tbh, mods exists for that.

Worse show I've seen on Apple TV was Constellation. Probably one of the worse sci-fi anything I've seen in a bit. Aside from that, it's usually good stuff. I smelled that smoke was kinda ass from the trailers.

Cult stuff is corny, but it's also a fun part of the game. Not sure what to think if they get rid of it for the remake.

Been thinking a lot about game feel and high refresh rate, even on non-twitchy games. I just came out of 100h+ of persona 3 reload (first persona, loved it), all at 4k 120hz on a measly 4060. Hard to then look at realistic games that looks like ass because of bad upscaling and terrible performance.

I doubt Rod himself had a hand on many things. He was brought in to help stitch together whatever the they had, and ship the thing. He's studio head now tho, so who knows how that's gonna go. He's 100% bringing it home no matter what though. Wouldn't doubt a fall 2026 release now that he's there.

Played for the first time last year, and the last 1/3 or so felt really rushed. Not a good game, but interesting enough that I'd recommend a playthrough.

At least there's emulation. Last I looked at it, 30 fps was doable even on budget CPUs and GPUs. Absolutely not perfect though. Needed a custom patch, and I didn't get long into it, but it looked great at 1440p. Bodes well for the future I guess.

The last one uses all your abilities, takes like a full minute to go through and you gotta be perfect. Loved it.

Not a dualsense owner, but I do have a pad with back buttons, and I've honestly not clicked any analog stick for almost 2y. Going back to a normal pad sometimes is a pain because of that, specially if it's an fps.
