I've noticed this with other online news sites, too - I can't think where - and I click and then see it's old news.

I loved the episodes I saw. Willis was brilliant in this - what great screen chemistry they had.

Nearly everyone I know on this visa makes below this amount.

Similar to Suetonius's salacious reporting on Caligula, I would hope.

So ugly. Maybe it would be better with more self-agrandising gold.

In the UK the word "reform" was prised off Labour and Liberal Democrats by Cameron and now look:"Reform" is the name of the most right wing major party in the UK.

OMG.

This net will also catch a lot of white Commonwealth citizens and white Europeans. Not that I give a shit about whiteness, but Reform will cause chaos amongst people they aren't thinking of as well as amongst those they are targetting.

If it's true I hope it will be a big nail in their coffin.

OMG!!! That is totally INSANE. Will people have to apply for (expensive) citizenship? How would they process everyone? Or have new visas? How much £? What timescale? Status of children? Jobs in all areas decimated, lives destroyed, country on its knees... MORONS.

It's so much utter meaningless nonsense. Really awful.

I am also stupified that JoMaugham is SO angry that JKR has made a fund for people to apply to if they have been treated illegally. If their cases are shite they won't win. If they win it shows wrong was done. A lawyer should approve.

Ooihhh! Which one is this? It looks like an Austin rose.... does it smell good?

Sorry-only just saw your very interesting comments: I read the whole Tribunal Tweets and the judgement and I don't agree with your summary of Adams vs ERCC.

The effect on academia of not being able to bring up things that might upset someone is really damaging to true enquiry.

Got to go. Ta-ra!

How are you going to distinguish between the people who say they are trans who are a threat and the ones who aren't?

We clearly aren't going to agree on these points on this subject - but it's been interesting reading through your arguments thus far.

Now I've got a music festival to attend to.

In universities it has become increasingly difficult to discuss gender and sex in many faculties. Nothing should be out of bounds at universities - understanding and practising forming coherent arguments is essential to critical thinking and improves people's understanding whatever they conclude.

This question of what is a belief and what protections it has is really interesting, isn't it? Peter Daly's case protecting ethical veganism is part of this picture.

some children who took puberty blockers), and there are ten photos of men dressed as women fliming themselves wanking in the ladies' loos for pervy porn sites.

I, too, believe in live and let live, but not to the point of ignoring when a group needs special rules and treatment. /end

Photos of passing people/appearance is not a strong argument for who is a man/woman or who should have access to which single sex spaces.

In addition, for every person who looks female in a photo there are ten of people who don't (excluding /

Roz Adam's case against ERCC is one example which was not about beliefs - she was forced out for asking questions that clients needed answering. Rachael Meade's case was about beliefs. There is an irony about facts being included under "beliefs" which, arguably, is what happened with Forstater.

There was a lot of confusion/chaos before too. Employers acting unlawfully resulted in many women being silenced, unable to do their jobs well, or forced out of their jobs. The high success rate of employees in employment tribunals shows how bad things had got.

It troubles me that people aren't respecting social mores, boundaries, and the law, regardless of what the other people (in this case women) are entitled to. If we all did whatever we liked there would be chaos.

In UK the law was being broken by employers and some employees.
