Hard to believe the show ended 2 years ago. It feels like only a few months since Watching and Dreaming aired. Thank you for creating such a beautiful show @danaterrace.bsky.social (and the rest of the crew!) It contributed a lot to the person I am now and am lucky to have experienced when it aired.

Well it is a little slow from time to time but nothing offensively bad. Speaking from personal experience so I might have gotten lucky but I've found it perfectly fine for art stuff. Wouldn't describe as "sluggish" but maybe that's just because I'm used to it?

The original image in this thread - showing the model in brown water (that's what Loch Ness looks like) with leaf fragments on the surface - is an undoctored photo published August 2005, still findable in original press reports. No AI at all, probably not even any photoshop. 4/4

A lot of people seeing the image for the first time say 'AI'. I've pointed out that this shouldn't be assumed just because a photo looks odd. Needless to say, I get lots of angry pushback. Some people then (ironically) go to AI to 'test' if the image is AI, only to get erroneous confirmation... 3/n
