I'm not sure what you mean.Russia's empty threats of escalation don't scare anyone.Using nuclear weapons would be their end and they know it and in fact have been moving their red lines over and over to the point where Ukraine occupies a piece ofRussia and uses long range missiles on their territory

Only to a certain extent but it still has very different radar signature compared to atmospheric missiles. Also the speed is a lot different. In its downward phase it reaches speeds not even air breathing hypersonic missile can

That's also the reason why if there would have ever been say a nuclear strike from the USSR to the US or vice versa, the retaliatory strike would have happened shortly after the launch and not only at the impact of the first nukes. They can tell the difference on the radar

It's important in the way that there wasn't half a city destroyed by a single bomb but as a threat it is totally meaningful. It's like if I have a pistol and you know that I have Pistol and if instead I point it and fire it next to your foot

No trajectory would tell you if it's going to space like ICBMs usually do. That's the ballistic part in ICBM. It's possible that they kept a bit of a lower altitude but still the trajectory is unlike any type of atmospheric missile. It's also as big as two buses end to end

Ever heard of radar? They can tell how big it is, how fast and its trajectory. You don't need to know what's inside, in this specific instance the delivery system is the important part
