Cut it in to thirds. The middle part is called the chateaubriand and it is where the best filet mignon steaks come from. Makes insanely delicious roast. Then stack and tie the two remaining side pieces together and cook as a roast. Almost as delicious, still better than almost anything.

I feel the same! I joined Twitter in 2007 when it was months old and I can say it felt back then kinda like Bluesky feels now. I know I need to delete my account there. But just am not ready yet.
