I know we have never done that. But when he posits a question like that, believe him that he is thinking about it. Same thing as running in 28. It may be illegal, but who and what is going to stop him?

It’s to cancel the 2026 and 2028 elections like he acknowledged that Ukraine cancelled theirs because they were at war. He wants no more elections ever. It’s that simple.
