After the Juco QB from Vanderbilt ruling I knew it wouldn't be long until someone challenged if time in DII or DIII counts for DI eligibility. Imagine a future where a student-athlete plays 2 yrs Juco/4 yrs DIII/4 yrs DII and 4 yrs DI for 14 yrs total (18 if FBS & FCS). Crazy. tinyurl.com/54ezu5d6

Wisconsin CB Nyzier Fourqurean sued the NCAA, alleging his eligibility clock shouldn't have been running during his two seasons at Division II Grand Valley State.
