Don't have one of them auto scoring systems, figured I'll invest in one once I get more pactice in (They cost £700 😵)
But I can still play by using my tablet with the darts app open for entering scores and use my phone as the camera to livestream to show I'm not cheating 👍🏻

Hopefully it will never happen, healthcare is and always should be a basic human right which everyone should have access to.
If people wanna pay to go and seek private healthcare then they can, but the NHS should always be public 👍🏻

Plenty of hotels nearby so its hard to complain honestly. I've never bothered with main, prefer to be elsewhere a short walk away 👍🏻
