You wouldn't give your best mate a hard time if they forgot to eat/drink or had a late night, so don't do it to yourself either. Be kind to yourself and allow yourself to be flawed and human. 😊💜

I have alarms set and routines in place to make sure I remember, but I still forget sometimes and have to be reminded. None of us are perfect and it's always ok to ask for help or some kind of accountability, and we're not failing if we do that.

It's nice to get feedback & I really appreciate it when I get people saying it helps them to stay on top of the daily jobs that many of us forget to do at times. I also often forget to drink until my body just feels 'off' & I have to narrow down everything I've done in the day to figure out why.

All these things can help us live a better a less stressful and all round healthier life if we can get into the habit of being in the moment for a few seconds rather than just reacting without thought.

Have a go at this today. Put an amber light between the red and green. Have a great day folks. 💜

What's happening around you right now? What can you hear, feel, taste, see or smell?

If something happens that makes you angry or upset can you take a second just to think about it before reacting?

Did you eat breakfast? What did you have and how did it make you feel? Are there better choices for next time?

Are you thirsty and do you need more water? Could you carry a bottle with you?

Are you tired? Did you sleep enough and what could you put in place to improve things tonight?
