Yes the sample size is still small and it's a long journey to the big leagues, but David Matoma looks like he may have "it" and could very well be one of Uganda's first baseball stars.

Idea kicking around in my head:
If arm mileage and injury risk becomes an issue for Shohei as he ages… using him as an Opener would probably be pretty dang effective!
Dodgers GM was in Tampa right before they started that strategy so maybe there’s a plan for that 🤷🏻♂️
