It's not crazy everywhere, in Japan it's 115 USD cheaper than in America, and I live in a third world country where the Switch 2 is only about 5-10% more expensive than the Switch 1 one was when it launched, after inflation, but that I assume is in part because the dollar value is so low now.

Pretty dure you guys should go protest to the White House, instead. Either that, or have a Switch 2 smuggled from Mexico for only slightly more than what the Switch one costed at launch, after inflation adjustment.

Also, my video game backlog is long enough as it is, I don't need that every studio suddenly stops aiming for hyperrealism and starts developing the type of game I would prefer.

I personally vastly prefer good-looking characters in the games and other types of fiction I consume, but I'm no one to demand that every company designs games that appeal personally to me, when every artist should be free to design whatever they want for any niche they want to aim to.
