I've been playing Pokemon for 15 years now and I've never found a full odds shiny in any game before the cut the shiny rate. Is that bad luck or just the way the news goes?

My logic was instantly validated today.
Bought a DVD binder so I didn't have to use those crappy cases that companies use nowadays.
While I was working on it, one disc from my Adventure Time Complete Series DVD snapped in half. Fresh out of the package.

Just realized that Sinnoh has the second most games of any Pokemon region with 6.
Johto and Hoenn have 5
Unova and Alola both have 4
Kalos almost has 3
Galar and Paldea both have the 2.
Kanto, naturally, has the most with either 7 or 8, depending on if you count the original blue as different.

My money's on it being bolted onto the "masking tape and chewing gum" programming from gen 1 that they just never bothered to fix.

I wonder if anyone has ever perfectly unrolled a fruit roll-up. That plastic sheet doesn't go all the way across so the edge is kind of a lost cause.
