So the orange fu*kface & his minions have been sitting on billions in emergency funds, the MONEY they haven't STOLEN YET. Those funds are for emergencies. Would it be plausible to think that US families & seniors STARVING would constitute an emergency? NOW that the courts have ruled he asks HOW? WTF
