In other words, it’s not up to you to find your art breathtaking or deep. That’s the remarkable gift to others who find your work calling to them in the same way you wish to be called.

It’s the same dissatisfaction most photographers must feel when their camera cannot possibly catch what their naked eye finds appealing.

As someone who feels with her entire essence, you are likely moved by not only what you observe to be moving, but by your whole being at the time you observe it.

You come close in your poetry, but even that is not subjective, because swirled in with your writing are your memories and feelings of not only your subject, but your process of getting it to the page. You paint beautifully for those who observe it—

Beauty and majesty are in the eye of the beholder for those who have the ability to get out of their own ego to behold it. You have the capacity to feel it with all your senses, and I think it is hard for you to catch it because no one medium can do it for you.
