Innocent for sure! But also, your remote is heavily handled. Enzo has some separation anxiety and is trying to get close to you by loving those remotes to death.

Is it "fan chasing" to acknowledge that internet/non-traditional fans exist and adopt part of their lexicon that you find humorous? To me that is a demonstration of inclusion and welcoming.

I agree. This customer's assumption that sellers are aware of "most" people disliking signature on delivery seems not reality-based. Is it a PITA to have to be home? YES. But are there REASONS (theft that might impact buyer/dishonesty that might impact seller) to require a signature? Also YES.
