No, we realize it, Mark. I'm just an average widowed mom trying to keep a roof over her family's head. The ecomomic recovery from 45's administration took us 3-ish years. The recovery from 47's administration, assuming we even get the chance to vote our way out of it, could be a generation. WE KNOW.

No, Richard, I have NOT noticed a growing skills gap. What I have noticed from HR departments is a growing demand for people with a mid- or even senior-level knowledge base for entry-level positions paying entry-level wages. The real problem is the WAGE GAP, not the skills gap.
