i think the biggest take away is that if your ONLY trans character feels weirdly othered from the cis characters along with feeling like nothing but a huge walking "trans rights!" with no indication of genuine character I'm going to be frank and say you made a caricature.

for every Bridget guilty gear there will be a handful of shallow trans characters made with the intent to sell art and not authenticity while also displaying transphobic caricatures.

the Best doing that authenticity are trans creators themselves.

like it's insane seeing people openly defend a furry who called a black woman a "monkey" jokingly and I'm just annoyed that black ppl cannot have hobbies because of racists like this.
