turns out there was a bug with the new billboard shader, but ONLY for android users, ONLY on the TTC streetlamps/trees, and ONLY when the holiday is Halloween. this issue does not affect anything else using the new billboard shader.
i fixed it, but here's a video of the perplexing yet hilarious bug

Baritone Boulevard was added to #Toontown #VRChat! Additionally, Toontown Central's billboarded objects now use the new billboard shaders.
I've also redone a few of the atlases (or as Toons know them, "palettes") for TTC's textures. These invisible changes should hopefully optimize the world further

#Toontown #VRChat has been updated to add Alto Avenue! If you despise the color green, this is a lovely street to stroll through.
If you love the color green, I'd direct you to Acorn Acres, which has been updated to use the new billboard shaders. (And it's a very nice spot to chill for Labor Day!)

#Toontown #VRChat has been updated! Minnie's Melodyland has been added. Plus, there's now a touchscreen button for the Shtickerbook, so mobile users won't be left behind.
Next step is to add Alto Avenue and gradually convert all prior billboarded objects from using scripts to shaders.

in Namco Museum Vol. 4, the player is rewarded for helping Pac-Man with the ability to jump. each successive jump is higher than the previous for up to four jumps.
this reward originally vanished once you left the Pac-Land room, but what if you could take it anywhere in the musem?
seems fun to me.
