and honestly it also takes a lot of self-compassion. its so important to be kind to yourself. focus on your own path, don't compare yourself, one day at a time, etc. just by starting you're already doing something incredibly brave that many people struggle with and that deserves recognition!

the process. i failed a class, which gave me better expectations and knowledge the next time i took it, and i aced it the second time. to me, it's more about building resilience by allowing myself to sit with the discomfort without letting it stop my growth.

i've struggled with severe anxiety my entire life and trying to fight against never worked for me personally. what helps me is to remind myself that i am doing something unfamiliar, that i am challenging myself, so its only normal to feel uncomfortable and silly a lot of the time. it's all part of
