Naturally this is just off the top of my head and a full on, honest debate would be needed to iron the kinks out, but it can absolutely be done.

AI trip whereas it would be relatively easy for a human to not be tripped. Most importantly, this exam should check if the AI is capable of discerning when a human lawyer is actually needed. At that point, the competition would shift to accuracy and ability, just like a human lawyer.

*as long as* it’s done properly. In this case “done properly” means a real lawyer oversees the results of the generated text and then an opposition AI is fed the “correct” text to check against the one generated by the first AI. This is a very common way to address learning and proven in the field.
