Trying to do focus/meditation exercises and finding it just impossible. I've tried to illustrate here what happens without fail. Whether it be a focus on breath, counting, guided meditation, or whatever.

In light of the military denying trans servicemembers their hard-earned retirement, I was scheduled to have an orchiectomy in May but the staff was forced to cancel it.
I haven't been able to receive any care other than hormones since then.
Basically "fuck you for your service."
