If insanity is doing the same thing over again and expecting different results, perhaps we should leave liberal democracy (not to mention the democratic and republican parties) in the dust bin where it belongs. Libertarian socialism for the win!

Radical means getting to the root of the problem. That's what radicals seek to do. The mess this country is in is a prime example of the end point of capitalist "democracy."

Why are those of us who call for its eradication and who call for decentralized governance deemed "unrealistic" given the plethora of examples of capitalist countries like the US purposely overthrowing and massacring those who seek to create a world free from its control?

What's more pie in the sky than thinking you can take an economic system rooted in greed and destruction of the earth and some how make it ethical and sustainable? Millions upon millions have died on the alter of capitalism and it's landed us in the sixth mass extinction.
