I saw him eating in a metro dinner in St Pete Florida once. I said hi after he was done with his meal and waiting to leave. He was actually a super kind dude to me. I was shocked because I’ve heard he’s a dick. He even took a picture with my nephew. Wished he just could figure out the business.

From what I recall when I took a class on miltary politics and polices , is that any nato member can invoke article 5 on any country that declares war or attacks its sovereignty regardless of whom they are.
