it sounds like they’re just vacating the injunction applying to Trump(/the agencies being sued?), but that’s because it’s not necessary for it to apply to anyone other than agency officials to begin with?

I think you are taking this as meaning “Itch didn’t reach out to them” when it actually means “Itch reached out, but did not update them when they discovered a relevant bug”
