Deepdwn does not have a wysiwyg mode.

In addition to typora, you could take a look at marktext and bear, and joplin (and I'm sure others)

I think that error may be from pasting the image directly into the forum post instead of using the image upload button. Is that possible?

2) No german UI translation is available
3) Tags are not required at all. Search uses all file text
