Some finished pillowcases for The Foster Network! I don’t usually make stuff for kids, so these fabrics were a fun challenge. Still a lot of left, but I ran out of pieces that went well together.

I make pixel art exclusively in MS Paint, and after learning that Windows11 paint has transparency AND layers (!!!) I spent 4 hours fucking with my computer until I forced it to upgrade. Please enjoy my quick and dirty Espeon and leave suggestions (especially Pokemon )

i finished sewing my quilt top!!! 😄 super pleased with this. this will likely go to the linus project.

I sent the heating pads earlier, but I made it to 50 (+2) hats! These are all made of fleece remnants from mine or others’ projects. They’re being sent to the previously mentioned charity today. Told myself I’d get to 50 before shipping.

Rage #sewing from the last week (some from before Tuesday, admittedly). 23 winter hats going to a charity for unhoused LGBT+ folk, and 32 heating pads ready to be filled and given to #PlannedParenthood. Happy #TransAwarenessWeek.
Handmade fleece hats in various prints laid out. Rectangular fabric pieces in various prints are sewn up on 3 sides, then laid across a table. These will be filled with rice and sewn shut, then sent to a Planned Parenthood in a low income neighborhood. They work as microwaveable heating pads.
