Anything is legal if not enforced. Allowing the president to control all of the government has destroyed all checks and balances. We need independent DOJ, intelligence answering only to congress as a whole.

If/when we get rule of law back, complete law enforcement reform is required. Filing a false report should be immediate termination.

This is a consequence of militarizing police and normalizing police aggression and dishonesty. We need complete law enforcement reform.
