Im sorry but I do wonder how does someone just throw that out there in a conversation.
Do they try to work it into a normal conversation with a crazy statement
"Oh you work at GitHub? You know I use GitHub to manage my open marriage 😏" or do they just splurt it out like it's important information.

New p0 project comes in..
"So you want me to start immediately on this p0 or the P1 due next week?"
"No do the P1 first then maybe we can do the p0, it's a stretch goal"
"I don't think it's p0 then.."
"No it is, it's the highest priority but finish the other projects first..."
