I still love snow storms and I think it might be due to the vestigial happiness I had when school was cancelled

This may explain why they're all suing the government for bags of money while Trump directs the DOJ to acquiesce. Then he'll pardon everyone out the door. And there may not be a damn thing we can do about it.

15 yrs ago when I was more of an independent and "both sides" had some semblance of truth (oh sweet summer child) I was disappointed that the Dems didn't eject Bill to the moon, especially after Me Too. He was still a rock star

Alas the GOP found someone exponentialy worse to push me into Dem arms

We can enjoy "best record in the NFL" (!) for at least a few days. I'm generally a positive fan but I never saw this coming

I am happy to report that your story did not jinx Henderson

Did you see Portnoy sitting with Kraft? Fuck them both. I hope Kraft never sees the hof without a ticket. I won't be buying any Pats gear.

One would think that the largest political protest in US history would have sent some kind of message but my rep (Lynch) isn't listening. He's received a few wtf emails from me.
November 7, 2025 at 4:48 PM
How many J6 protestors did more damage to cops than sandwich guy? They've all been pardoned.
November 7, 2025 at 3:44 PM
I'd love to know what Belichick saw in Brady that made him keep 4 (4!) QBs when Brady was a rookie. Did Brady really look that good in camp? That would be quite the leap given he was only a part time starter at UM.

Really interesting data. The fact that Jacquez is #1 indicates to me we're dealing with small sample size. Still, Queta is having way more impact than I would have expected from watching him on the floor.

Luka missed the playoffs just two years ago (2023). But that's the great thing about arguing sports: we can both think the other guy is an idiot and both be right!
November 6, 2025 at 9:15 PM
He just had a first round exit to the #6 seed and it wasn't close. Luka is 2nd to only Jokic with the ball in his hands but he's mediocre to atrocious without it.

He could easily prove me wrong if he stays motivated, in shape, avoids injuries, and plays passible defense.
November 6, 2025 at 7:13 PM
Its fun to talk about! But I disagree. Its true that he had a great run for two series but then got destroyed by the celtics using him as a turn style. His on/off numbers have historically been poor. Outside of 2024 his playoff runs haven't been as good (1st round exit last year).
November 6, 2025 at 6:04 PM
I think trading Luka is defensible; his defensive liabilities get exploited by good teams in the playoffs. My problem was how little the mavs got in return

Seems tangential: bsky.app/profile/nytd...

Maybe those 7m protestors that the NYT largely ignored were important after all

Republicans--again!--back the sexual assaulter.

I hope Lairmore is embarrassed about this for the rest of his life. Oh, you're the sandwich cop!
November 4, 2025 at 4:51 PM
Vrabel is coaching with confidence, like someone who knows he has job security and that his team will continue to improve. He's not publicly freaking out on mistakes.
November 3, 2025 at 3:28 PM
After years of highly competent center play (thank you Al) it is jarring to watch Queta on the court. The dude is trying and he'll get better but the butterfly analogy was great.
October 31, 2025 at 2:05 PM
I'm disliking Belichick more and more.
