Entirely avoidable. The Guard should never have been sent into any American city with being fully trained in urban policing. Any Guard deaths are the fault of this administration.

I agree with you. Having taught English to Afghan refugees for the past three years, I have no doubt all refugees, even those from non-western countries, have the desire and capacity to assimilate to the culture of the USA. Public education has been helping in the process for hundreds of years.

I agree. I hope the Dems can end the ridiculous give-away tax cuts to the wealthiest when they’re back in office. Billionaires should pay more because they have more.

I like Steyer; he’s on the right side. However, I don’t believe he would be a great governor for California. Having some experience in governing is a really good prerequisite.

I wonder if the senator realizes how crushing that high deductible will be for the years it will take the person to pay off that debt.
