So, in OR I found (Americanized) Chinese "barbecue pork," in all places, a Fred Meyers, sold in the meat dept. with hot mustard and -sesame seeds?-
Here in New England, they are on the appetizer menu as "pork strips"

I'm working on a wedding veil for a friend's wedding this weekend. I totally signed up to hand-stitch tulle and loving it because it's going to be part of a celebration of trans joy and love and we totally need that right now.
