This exemplifies the the problem Reform will have in running things responsibly. If Luke Campbell had come out said in effect he wanted to close the Siemens wind turbine plant in Hull, he would have no credibility.

I would charitably describe this as a 'bold move' for the county probably most at risk from coastal inundation.
