This is how you do infrastructure. A rolling programme of investment that builds delivery capacity and reduces costs.

Post a PERFECT album from the 90s that isn't Nirvana or Pearl Jam

I know it's cruel to kick a team when they are down, but this is funny.

Any chance this is the current look in the Oval Office?

From the letters page of The New World. Wouldn’t entirely blame Corbyn for #Brexit. But he didn’t help and could well enable Farage due to FPTP elections. Grim.

From today’s FT climate newsletter. Kinda get the feeling we’re screwed. Unless hitting +1.5C really focuses minds.

This exemplifies the the problem Reform will have in running things responsibly. If Luke Campbell had come out said in effect he wanted to close the Siemens wind turbine plant in Hull, he would have no credibility.

I would charitably describe this as a 'bold move' for the county probably most at risk from coastal inundation.

How much further can Barbie fall? And will she take Ken with her?

Fairly sure I saw Trump put his hand on the Bible and make an oath to do this very thing. If only there was some sort of audio visual recording of it.
May 4, 2025 at 5:24 PM
Questions. Am I not considered able by Reform to morally educate my own offspring?
Do they think people who vote SNP or Plaid Cymru love Britian sufficiently? If not, what will they do about it?
May 4, 2025 at 4:55 PM
Here's the Yorkshire Post front page from Thursday. How will the two new Reform mayors deal with the businesses and government on an issue like implementing carbon capture and storage? Governing is for serious people.
