Absolutely love my OpenEVSE charger and while I don’t use load sharing yet, I will probably start in the near future. My charger, new heat pump and electric dryer can use more from the grid than I would like if all are running at the same time.

Yeah if I was going to move to a new house I would definitely wait and start dreaming of how I would do everything.
I would probably do everything as much Zwave and Zigbee as I could from the beginning.
