Social Media was intended as an avenue for people to connect and share ideas. It was never intended to be profit producing foundation for a business. Everything wrong with social media is because it has turned into a giant TV commercial. I hope BlueSky never attracts the commercialization.

What if those countries put EXPORT tariffs on the same goods. So a $100 wholesale TV would get a 60% export tariff so it will cost the American importer $160 that then gets the 60% import tariff added, bringing it to $256. Add the retailer markup percentage and the once $200 TV will cost $512.
