99. "Mayhem" by Lady Gaga (Album, 2025)

This should have had way more hits. One of her stronger albums in terms of songwriting. "Die With a Smile" is forever a favorite of mine.

98. "Clockworked" by Stray from the Path (Album, 2025)

These guys are basically the Rage Against the Machine for the modern day, except louder, more aggressive, and less vague about their beliefs.

Yet another uncommercial scream of anger and frustration. So exactly what I was expecting.

97. "Something Beautiful" by Miley Cyrus (Album, 2025)

Definitely her most ambitious project. She's got way more range than I gave her credit for. I always had a soft spot for Miley, so I'm glad that she's putting out good and interesting stuff.

Also David Byrne is in it.

96. "Man's Best Friend" by Sabrina Carpenter (Album, 2025)

It's decent. The first half was better than the second. It's not as good as Short 'n Sweet. "Manchild" was the highlight.

Went with a different picture instead of the actual cover. I don't know, just don't like the official cover.

95. "Private Music" by Deftones (Album, 2025)

My album of the year so far. It's their best album since "White Pony" and every track sounds immaculate. "I Think About You All the Time" is my personal favorite.

94. "Salvation" by Rebecca Black (Album, 2025)

I went into this one not expecting much, but I was really surprised by this. Unique and interesting songwriting and really fun and engaging beats. "Do You Even Think About Me?" was my personal highlight.

93. "The Hart" by Grayscale (Album, 2025)

Really harkens back to the glory days of emo rock and highlights the best parts of it. First half was just alright, but it really picked up in the second half. Solid production the whole way through, too.

92. "Evangeline vs. the Machine" by Eric Church (Album, 2025)

Pleasantly surprised by this. I feel like most country music these days are too truck-coded, beer-coded, and far right, but this had none of that. Just a guy and a choir singing about the hard times (today).

91. "Lonely at the Top" by Joey Bada$$ (Album, 2025)

It's alright. I know Joey Bada$$ is newer to the scene than others, but he's starting to grow on me a bit. "SUPAFLEE" was my personal favorite.

90. "Hurry Up Tomorrow" by The Weeknd (Album, 2025)

Decent enough. The songs all start to sound kinda the same after a while, but it's still enjoyable. Definitely way better than the movie, that's for sure.

89. "Pink Elephant" by Arcade Fire (Album, 2025)

Even before I found out what the band's deal is nowadays, this was just a giant slog. When the songwriting isn't boring, it's creepy, and the songs just remind me of better songs I could have been listening to instead.

88. "The Revenge of Alice Cooper" by Alice Cooper (Album, 2025)

Didn't know he was still alive, let alone still making music. It sounds delightfully 70s and 80s, and really, what more could you ask for?

87. "Cracker Island", by Gorillaz (Album, 2023)

One of their best ones. Equally the most energetic and most laidback they've ever sounded. The features on this one are really fun (especially the Bad Bunny one). "Oil" was a particular highlight for me.

86. "Song Machine Part One: Strange Timez" by Gorillaz (Album, 2020)

There's a guest artist on every track, so it's a proper Gorillaz album, but I really enjoyed it. I liked how there wasn't a set style and it shifted every two songs or so.

"Dead Butterflies" was my personal favorite.

85. Mass Effect 3 (Video Game, 2012)

Saved the galaxy, accidentally cheated on Liara, called Kai Leng a pussy, saw Garrus dancing, and all I got was this lousy "choose your favorite color" ending. I loved it.

84. "The Now Now" by Gorillaz (Album, 2018)

A bit biased towards this one, but I'll admit, it's just alright. "Humility" is the highlight here.

80. "The Fall" by Gorillaz (Album, 2010)

It's okay, I guess. Feels like the polar opposite of Plastic Beach, in terms of presentation. There's basically no guest artists, which is weird for Gorillaz, and seems almost hesitant to remind you that it exists at all.

79. Mass Effect 2 (Video Game, 2010)

A significant step up from 1. I managed to make it through the suicide mission without losing anyone (I totally cheated to make sure everyone survived.)

78. "Plastic Beach" by Gorillaz (Album, 2010)

My personal favorite so far. I love the story it's telling, and the guest artists really add to its worldbuilding.

77. "Demon Days" by Gorillaz (Album, 2005)

A stone-cold classic. There's not much to say here that hasn't already been said. I have a soft spot for "Fire Coming Out of the Monkey's Head" and "Every Planet We Reach is Dead".
