I completely understand your point and I do think it has to be said that DEI isn’t about lowering standards. I think it often gets misunderstood that way. It’s about ensuring the best talent regardless of background gets a fair shot.

Oh god that’s a disaster. The OCD in me gives me heart palpitations! But hey, you do you. It’s beautiful. They’re books after all.

Sorry to hear about your struggles with mental health. But I experienced the same while building my company. And then after exit experienced a whole other kind of loss. But I’d do it all over again the same way if I had a chance.
