Nice, here's some additional options :)

Chrome/Edge: Brave
Outlook/gmail: Proton or Tuta mail
word/gdocs: Libre or ddocs.new

Could give ddocs.new a go, has folders for organisation + it's very customisable (dark mode, special themes)
February 10, 2026 at 8:53 AM
Du kan også prøve ddocs.new i stedet for gdocs :)
February 10, 2026 at 8:49 AM
If you want dark mode could try ddocs.new
It's similar to gdocs but more customisation and also completely private :)
February 9, 2026 at 9:30 AM
Exactly, best switching to privacy-first tools:
Chrome > Brave
gdocs > ddocs.new
gmail > Proton
February 5, 2026 at 6:08 AM
Best for security is to switch to a privacy-first alternative that's fully end-to-end encrypted (eg ddocs.new)
February 5, 2026 at 6:05 AM
Could try alternatives without forced AI :)
Eg ddocs.new has a similar interface + it's private & has dark mode
February 3, 2026 at 5:32 AM
After 20 years it's still not there haha

If you wanna try another editor w/ dark mode that has a similar interface: ddocs.new + it's privacy first :)
February 2, 2026 at 5:00 AM
Great stack :)

For gdocs also ddocs.new (Libre is a very good option too!)
February 2, 2026 at 4:57 AM
Ditch g**gle:
-Chrome > Brave
-Gmail > Tuta Mail
-gDocs > ddocs.new
-gSheets > dSheets .new
February 2, 2026 at 4:55 AM
For European google docs alternative ddocs.new is good option :) It's private (end-to-end encrypted) and has dark mode (not sure why gdoc still doesn't have it)
January 29, 2026 at 7:12 AM
Libre is great for collab docs can also checkout ddocs.new (similar to gdocs but AI free, private, & has dark mode)
January 29, 2026 at 7:05 AM
Could try ddocs.new :) it's a similar interface to g**gle d*cs but w/ native dark mode and privacy first (you own your data)
January 26, 2026 at 5:31 PM
Did you ever try ddocs.new? It has native dark mode :)
January 26, 2026 at 5:29 PM
For privacy first alternative to gdocs you could give ddocs.new a go : )
January 21, 2026 at 12:51 PM
Need to switch to apps where you actually own your data, with no intrusive AI, and that are fully privacy-first (end-to-end encrypted) eg ddocs.new
January 21, 2026 at 12:50 PM
Si no quieres spyware ni IA intrusiva:

Edge -> Brave
Word -> ddocs.new
Excel -> dSheets
Outlook -> Proton mail
January 20, 2026 at 5:58 PM
Libre's great, you can also try ddocs.new :)
January 20, 2026 at 1:47 PM
😂

You could switch other to ddocs.new it's like gdocs but it's privacy enhancing + takes good care of your eyes
January 20, 2026 at 1:46 PM
You could check out ddocs.new
Very similar to gdocs interface but privacy-first and more customisable :)
January 19, 2026 at 7:27 AM
If you're mindful of privacy it's not a good option... The platform can read everything you write (and potentially use it to train ai). I'd recommend ddocs.new instead
January 14, 2026 at 7:52 AM
You could try ddocs.new if you want a similar experience but with more privacy and customisation
