Bought two of these arms (designed for laptops) for my desk. One for my oscilloscope, and one for my soldering station.

They are now out of my way when I don't need them, but still easily accessible.

On my way back from a great Hackaday Berlin 2025.
Internet on the train is a bit slow. I think I will just roam.

oops.
Just accidentally turned off Toit's Windows signing server instead of turning on the light...
On a related note: I just discovered that I had forgotten to 'systemctl enable' the sign-service.

I couldn't understand why the rewritten driver of the pulse-counter wouldn't work...

After resoldering pin 14, things look much better...

I'm pretty sure we bought that board already assembled.
This is also the board that has an CP2102 that reports a serial number of "0001"...

Huge chunk of Aarhus without heat and hot water this morning. (district heating).
I have never seen an outage this big.

Sometimes I need to get some information from a device. Instead of building a complicated server-structure, I find chat-servers very useful for that.

The easiest is imho IRC. No need for TLS, HTTP, ... Simply a few lines on a socket. However, the rate-limiting is annoying.

The joys of developing GitHub actions for platforms you don't own (Windows).

Being able to run an ssh server on the machine is often a life-saver (needs a free ngrok account): gist.github.com/floitsch/ff4...
