I have epilepsy in the part of the brain that controls emotions so that’s why it’s confusing but idk

It’s so stupid but I feel so bad like I feel like I’m going to get in trouble if I tell people I have it even though I HAVE been dx. But also I’ve been UNdx multiple times asw bc of medical issues that can explain my symptoms ??? So confusing idk
