Friday brekkie: Softer than I had intended - and therefore, so delicious! - egg, reheated chocolate chip scone, just a glimpse of winter fruit salad, canned pineapple, apple, raisins. Nothing imported except the chocolate. One of the things I am really going to miss; coffee even more.

More practice baked goods - King Cake & chocolate babka this time with an almond-chocolate filling. Could be argued that the King Cake is actually seasonal and it was perfect as such.

This year’s annual batch of cookies made from the leftover holiday m&ms are peanut butter. With a few chocolate chips thrown in too. Also a shot of the original use of the m&ms during cookie season in December. Seems awfully long ago. Pre-Trump inauguration.

Cut the long loaf & thought it was maybe underproofed but it tasted good. The round one looked better but the light had gone by the time I cut it so no pics.
