Right before it happened I was half-dreaming some kind of podcast. But I had no hallucinations at all during the sleep paralysis this time.

Right before it happened I was half-dreaming some kind of podcast. But I had no hallucinations at all during the sleep paralysis this time.
It's easy to panic in this situation especially if you desperately try to move although all your muscles appear completely numb. Also I realized that the feeling of weight in the chest comes from only being able to move the diaphragm and nothing else. That's good to know!
