Our paths didn’t quite cross a couple of weeks back at LAS ☹️ but am responding to #paramedic #ambulance interest in value of supervision. And was pleased to do podcast for SECAMB’s @andycollen.bsky.social last week. Don’t think any of it counts as mischief 🙂🤞

important factor is reminding employers of responsibilities to provide career-long supervision not just formative & normative but also restorative Effective supervision enables health professionals to navigate uncertainty, learn about & from it, feel safer, stay longer and keep patients safe
