This afternoon I was verbally abused by a downstairs neighbour for asking him to stop his drum practice while I'm trying to write/work.
Feeling pretty shaky, I decided to knit and Kitsom (bless her beautiful beans) came to help.

A bowl full of roast slices of homegrown zucchini, red onion, garlic cloves and shop-bought cauliflower. Topped with chilli flakes and a little sumac and served with homemade falafel = delicious! 🥰

The first bucket of prune plums, destined for the dehydrator, topped by a couple of ripe windfall apples. It's a lot of work, but I love late summer & autumn harvests 🥰

Apart from other things, I love spinning sheep and alpaca fleeces to make into garments.
This is my cat Kitsom, who also loves fleeces to the point of distraction. It's apparently triggered by the residual animal proteins in processed fleeces 🥰
