He spent 30 minutes introducing himself. It was a lecture that was purposely controlled, as expected. His first answer to a question about cuts to Medicare spewed the Trump/Musk tagline of "Fraud, waste, and abuse". And it ended after only 30 minutes of canned responses to a few questions.
