Don't look away, this is happening on a number of fronts and we need to fight it on every single one.

Incandescent performance from @selfesteem.music-social.com.ap.brid.gy and cast for ‘A Complicated Woman’. RLT is the feminist pop star of our time and god, do I love her 💙

So my phone just put this on the lock screen. Is this a poetry prompt, life advice, or what?

"I am made of equal parts salt and song and calcium carbonate hexagonals and I will survive this" 💜🔥 - from 'Still Life with Eggs, Copper Pot and Earthenware Pan' in this stunning new poetry book from Richard Scott. 🔮💠

Love this Hannah Ledlie list poem for the way it makes you gleefully imagine the Queen doing all of the things. More fun in poetry, please :)

I wrote this poem when Roe v Wade was repealed. But there seems to be a use for it most days. Yesterday was hard. Today is hard. Get up. We need you. #Resist #fascism #misogyny #poetsonbluesky #blueskypoetry 💙

It is so wild and exciting to me to have a deadline THIS YEAR for an accepted poetry collection coming out in 2026. I'm currently deep into biographies of Eleanor Marx and the Brontës (if you're intrigued by the connection, this book will be for you) but here's a little snippet from the title poem ♥️

I remain obsessed with the beginning of this poem 'Hungry' by Rebecca Perry (from Beauty/Beauty with @bloodaxebooks.bsky.social) 🌊💙🦈

It turns out you can't actually subcontract your heartbreak to ChatGPT - www.berlinlit.com/prompt/ - and do read lots of issues of the wonderful @berlinlit.bsky.social: one of the best poetry journals out there 💙 #blueskypoetry #poetsonbluesky

Just saw 'On Becoming A Guinea Fowl' at the cinema - totally gripping, darkly funny, strong recommend.

One of my loveliest poetry moments this year was hearing I had won the Indigo Spring Poetry Prize with this completely unhinged poem (which is now also in my pamphlet 'Amortisation'). The original @carolinebirduk.bsky.social prompt was 'commit to a crazy idea then break your heart at the end' :) 💙
