My power’s been out since 2pm in North Hollywood. The wind is terrifying (but it’s not fire 😿). I’ve never been so afraid to go to sleep, tbh. Feels like I could wake up & my Prius will have blown away (or have a tree in the driver’s seat).

Praying the winds stop. It’s been utterly terrifying here in the Valley with 60+mph winds. No power since 2pm. Good thing I’ve got candles, but I can’t go out to my car to charge devices w/o risking being nailed by flying branches, etc. The fires are brutal. :-(
