What you appear to be implying by your comments about speed and impact is that streets in all places where there are people walking around, at all times, should have a 30 or 40 km speed limit.

That’s not what I’m saying at all. There are MANY communities where the school related lower speed of 30 or 40 kms are applied when school is happening, but when it’s not, the speed limit reverts to what is typical for that particular road - could be 50, 60 or 80, depending on location.

It’s ridiculous that they are operating 24-7 instead of during school hours. This is a 100% tax grab.
