Inspired by my first trip to Italy, Christmas lunch was all Italian - aided by Nigellisima. The standout favourites were Gorgonzola & cannellini dip, saffron orzotto and Sicilian pasta. I was easily able to adapt some recipes for my vegan daughter. Thank you @nigella.bsky.social
