3 weeks is just beginning, you still have a way to go. Be patient and don't push to hard. If you do, you encourage scar formation and trust me, you don't want that. You really don't. If it swells or gets warm, you're pushing too hard.

The doctor will declare victory when you hit 120 degrees flex. You can do most everything at that point. That took me about 6 months. Most people don't take that long, more like 3 or 4 months. Strength takes a bit longer.

Most people take 4 to 6 weeks to drive.

I may not be a good gauge. I form major scar tissue really fast. I did this for my acl replacement and my knee replacement. For the knee, at 6 wks I had less than 90 degrees flex. It took two manipulations to break the scarring. I didn't have enough flex to drive my truck until 10 wks.
