I have been addressing and reducing my sleep debt (often at zero now) and just got a CPAP which has made a world of difference in sleep quality.

I often wonder how many people don’t even realize they have sleep apnea.

I’ve likely had it for way too many years.

Knocking on doors has traditionally worked for me.

I even had some people thank me saying, “I’ve been asking for you to show up.”

I know that may sound odd but it happens for me frequently.
